a few weeks ago, i had the chance to shoot the food at a wedding by chef erik peacock and his team from wellington court.  erik and his wife, dale, own meadow fine foods–parent company to wellington court restaurant as well as the coach house café at henry of pelham winery.  erik has been one of the top chefs in the niagara region for years now, and it was tons of fun to capture his talents at this great event.
